Need short-notice security?
Call to confirm availability and the earliest arrival time for your site. For immediate danger, call 911. For planned coverage, share your location, dates, and priorities and we will provide a written quote.
- What is included in the hourly rate?
Guard pay, WorkSafeBC, liability insurance, shift logs, incident reports and supervision are included. Your written quote sets out the agreed hours, rate and applicable tax. Changes to coverage are agreed separately.
- How quickly can you have a guard on site?
Call to confirm availability and the earliest arrival time for your site. Arrival depends on the location, risk and available guards. For planned work, contact us with your dates as early as you can so we can confirm suitable coverage.
- How many guards do I need for my event?
It depends on venue size, attendance, whether liquor is served, and the crowd. Access points, crowd flow, event hours and permit conditions also matter. Share the event details and we will recommend a guard count and explain the coverage.
- Are your security guards licensed and insured?
Yes. Every Onward guard holds a valid BC Security Worker Licence. The company carries commercial general liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage for every deployment. Both are included in your rate.
