Why I Started Onward
I worked as a guard for almost ten years, across hotels, events, and construction sites. I kept seeing the same gaps: slow incident response, unclear direction, guards who did not know the site, and clients who could not get anyone on the phone.
Clients were paying a lot and getting slow, impersonal service. Guards were paid badly, given no direction, and left without backup when things escalated.
After years on both sides of that, I decided there had to be a better way to run a security company.
