Shift logs and incident reports
A shift log records key times and handover notes. When an incident occurs, a written report follows within 24 hours.

The number of guards depends on the site, attendance, access points and duties you need covered.
The region
Location can affect staffing and availability. There is no travel surcharge within either of our two service regions.

The written quote sets out the service, dates, hours, guard count, coverage zones, reporting, and applicable tax. Changes to the scope are agreed with you before invoicing.
Event bookings have a 4-hour minimum. Construction and retail coverage is scheduled around the hours you agree with us. Emergency and last-minute bookings are excluded from the price-match terms and are confirmed separately based on availability.

- How much do security guards cost in Vancouver and Victoria?
It depends on the service, the hours, and how many guards you need, so we quote every job individually. What does not change is what the rate covers: guard pay, WorkSafeBC, liability insurance, shift logs, incident reports and supervision. The quote sets out the rate, coverage and applicable tax. We match eligible written quotes from comparable licensed providers in the same region.
